Refund and Cancellation Policy

At RowanMedical.com, you don't have to worry if you receive an incorrect item or decide after delivery that you have changed your mind about purchasing.

We gladly accept return of unused merchandise. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and we will issue a refund to your credit card when we receive it. We do ask that you contact us by Email, local phone (704-637-0151) or our toll-free number (1-800-347-0151) to let us know you are returning an item so we can be prepared to process it quickly.

There is no penalty for canceling an order. We try to ship the same day we receive your order, so an order you later cancel may be on its way to you. In that case you will have to refuse delivery or pay for the cost of shipping it back to us.

What Information Should Be Included With The Returned Item?
Please refer to your packing slip for instructions about returning an item. If the packing slip has been discarded, please:
  1. Write a note telling us how you want to handle the return. Would you like us to exchange the item or issue a refund to your credit card account?
  2. Let us know why you are returning the item so we can improve our customer service (wrong size, wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.)
  3. Specify the name and address to which we should send your refund or exchange.
  4. Give us an Email address or telephone number (specify day or evening) in case we have questions.
  5. Ship your return to us.

We're sorry, but we are not able to process exchanges online. Refer to your packing slip for returning items, or see the information listed above.

Can I Order A New Item Now and Return The Original Item Later For Credit?
Absolutely. Go ahead and place your new order and we'll process it as quickly as possible. Then just follow the instructions listed above, return the unused item, and you'll receive credit on your account.
